All vehicles are stored in a secure, climate-controlled environment designed to protect against humidity, temperature fluctuations, UV rays and inclement weather. This controlled setting helps prevent corrosion, preserves interior materials, and supports the overall longevity and condition of the vehicle while in storage.

Each stored vehicle is connected to a battery maintenance system through a 110-volt power supply. This benefit helps preserve battery health during storage and ensures the vehicle remains in optimal condition for future use. Battery maintenance is available for both 12-volt and 24-volt systems, depending on the needs of the vehicle.

As part of the membership benefits, all stored vehicles will receive a routine health checkup. Depending on the membership level, these checkups will occur either every 30, 60 or 90 days. The health checkup includes removing the vehicle from the rack, checking fluid levels, measuring battery voltage, inspecting tire pressure, starting the engine, and performing a walk-around inspection. Based on these checkups, we may provide recommendations for any maintenance or repairs that may be needed.

As part of your membership benefits, ECCCO members schedule vehicle pickups with advanced notice with a simple text to our team. This benefit ensures vehicles are prepared and ready when needed, offering convenience without delay.

Members enjoy complimentary hand wash and dry service with select membership levels, ensuring your vehicle is always ready in great condition. Each wash includes a thorough exterior clean, towel dry, light interior vacuum, and window cleaning. For those seeking a deeper refresh, full interior and exterior detailing services are also available with specific member levels or conveniently billed to your account.

Select membership levels include preferred access to ECCCO’s event spaces with reduced rates. Members may host private events, celebrations, or gatherings throughout designated areas of the facility. Availability and access require advance scheduling and require catering through our services.

ECCCO waives the standard consignment listing fee for select members who choose to sell their vehicle through the facility. This benefit includes the initial inspection, professional photography, and online marketing across multiple platforms, along with sales representation.

Select membership levels include access to an exclusive on-site gathering, bringing together a community, conversation, and connection. Members are invited to enjoy a social experience and may bring up to three guests, making it the perfect opportunity to share the ECCCO lifestyle with friends in an exclusive setting.

Platinum Members are entitled to a complimentary vehicle swap benefit. These members may exchange the vehicle they drove in for a stored vehicle at no additional cost. The arriving vehicle will be securely stored in place of the retrieved vehicle, with no extra fees for parking or intake services.
