At ECCCO, our goal is to provide a secure, controlled, and elevated environment for both our members and their vehicles. These guidelines are intended to ensure a consistent experience for everyone while protecting the quality, safety, and integrity of the facility.
Section 1: Facility Access & Conduct
· Access to the facility is limited to members and authorized guests.
· Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
· All members and guests are expected to follow instructions from ECCCO staff while on property.
· Speed limit on campus is 5 mph at all times.
Section 2: Vehicle Handling
· Vehicle movement within the facility is managed by ECCCO staff unless otherwise authorized.
· Members may not operate lifts, storage equipment, or restricted systems.
· ECCCO reserves the right to reposition or relocate vehicles within the facility for operational or safety purposes.
Section 3: Vehicle Condition & Storage Standards
· Vehicles should be delivered in safe, operable condition unless otherwise disclosed.
· ECCCO may perform routine visual checks and battery maintenance based on membership level.
· Members remain responsible for the general mechanical condition of their vehicles.
Section 4: Prohibited Activities
· No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
· No mechanical repairs or maintenance by members on-site unless specifically authorized.
· No fueling, fuel transfer, or storage of fuel containers.
· No hazardous, flammable, or loose personal property stored with the vehicle.
· No weapons, explosives, or illegal substances permitted on the property.
Section 5: Photography & Privacy
· Photography and videography are permitted only in appropriate or designated areas.
· Members and guests should not capture images of other members’ vehicles without consent.
· ECCCO may capture imagery for security, documentation, and operational purposes.
Section 6: Pickups, Access & Requests
· Vehicle retrieval and access must follow ECCCO request and authorization procedures.
· Any person retrieving a vehicle other than the owner/member must be authorized and present valid identification.
· Additional services, after-hours access, or expedited requests may be subject to applicable fees.
Section 7: Respect for the Community
· ECCCO is a shared environment built around trust, respect, and consideration for others.
· Members and guests are expected to respect other vehicles, other members, and the facility as a whole.
· Conduct that disrupts operations, compromises safety, or negatively impacts the member experience may result in restricted access or termination of membership.
Section 8: Policy Updates
· These guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect operational needs and improve the member experience.
