  ECCCO is designed for owners who want more than a parking space. The facility combines secure indoor storage, vehicle care, available automotive services, consignment sales and a membership-based experience.

• Where is ECCCO Car Club located?

  ECCCO Car Club is located in Sanford, Florida and serves vehicle owners throughout the greater Orlando area, including Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Park, Longwood, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Daytona Beach, Apopka, Windermere, Lake Nona and Central Florida.

• What type of climate control does ECCCO use?

  ECCCO’s storage areas are designed with a commercial-grade climate-control systems to help maintain a stable indoor environment for stored vehicles. The goal is to reduce exposure to Florida heat, humidity, storms, U/V exposure, and outdoor environmental conditions that can affect vehicles over time.

• Why does indoor climate-controlled storage matter in Florida?

  Florida’s heat, humidity, sun, storms, and heavy rain can be hard on vehicles, especially cars that are stored for extended periods of time.

  For exotic, classic, collector, luxury, and rarely driven vehicles, indoor climate-controlled storage is widely preferred over outdoor parking or covered storage. It provides a higher level of protection from sun, rain, humidity, debris, storms, wildlife and temperature swings that can contribute to wear on paint, interiors, rubber, electronics, fluids, and mechanical components over time.

• How is ECCCO different from traditional self-storage?

  Traditional self-storage is typically built around general storage space. ECCCO is built specifically around vehicles and the ownership experience.

  ECCCO offers indoor climate-controlled storage, vehicle care, battery maintenance, available automotive services, consignment sales and a membership-based environment designed for enthusiasts and collectors. The goal is to help protect the vehicle while also making ownership easier and more enjoyable.

  ECCCO was designed with vehicle security in mind, including tilt-wall construction, limited access points, controlled entry, and multiple layers of authentication for vehicle access, keys, and retrieval.

• How does ECCCO protect vehicles during power outages?

  ECCCO is equipped with backup generator support designed to help power key building systems during interruptions, with capacity intended to support operations for up to four days.

  This added layer of preparedness is especially important in Central Florida, where storms and outages can occur.

• Does ECCCO provide battery maintenance and vehicle health checks?

  Yes. ECCCO will provide battery maintenance support for stored vehicles, including support for 12-volt and 24-volt battery systems. This is especially helpful for vehicles that are not driven regularly.

  Depending on the storage plan, vehicle health checks may include:

  • Battery voltage check
  • Tire pressure check
  • Fluid level check
  • Engine start
  • Walk-around inspection
  • Basic visual condition check

  Vehicle access is designed to be simple and convenient. Members can request vehicle drop-offs or pickups by contacting the ECCCO team through a quick message or phone call, and our team will coordinate the request based on the member’s storage plan, scheduling needs, and facility availability.

  ECCCO also plans to offer night drop-off and pickup options to provide added flexibility for members. Final procedures, access requirements, and availability may vary based on membership level and facility operations.

  Vehicle delivery options are also intended to be offered in the future. Delivery service availability, timing, pricing, and service area may vary once the program is launched.

• How often can I access my vehicle?

  These services may be available separately from storage membership pricing.

• Can ECCCO help me sell or consign my vehicle?

  Yes. ECCCO offers consignment support for owners interested in selling their vehicle.

  Subject to availability and agreement terms, ECCCO may support vehicles that are being stored and offered for consignment. Storage and consignment may involve separate agreements, terms, and fees.

  This can be especially helpful for specialty, luxury, exotic, and collector vehicles where presentation, trust, and the right audience matter.

• Is insurance required?

  Vehicle owners will need to maintain active insurance on any vehicle stored at ECCCO. Before storing your vehicle, confirm your coverage with your insurance provider and review ECCCO’s storage agreement for specific requirements, responsibilities, and limitations.

  ECCCO storage is designed to support battery maintenance for stored vehicles, including 12-volt and 24-volt systems. ECCCO does not currently have a high-voltage EV charging option; however, DC fast charging units are available at our neighboring facility, Audi North Orlando.

  Owners should discuss EV-specific storage requirements with ECCCO before placing an electric vehicle in storage.
