Our story begins with a former dealership — where parts and service once bustled — and a bold idea: to transform that dormant space into a destination worthy of the vehicles we love and the people who appreciate them.
We reimagined over 45,000 square feet of the complex into a secure, premium automotive environment — with dedicated areas for climate-controlled storage, curated events, consignment sales, and hospitality-grade amenities. As part of a larger campus that includes Audi North Orlando service and a vacant body shop wing, ECCCO is the anchor of a growing automotive ecosystem in Central Florida.

- The Vault: Our flagship climate-controlled storage hall, initially holding 140 vehicles and expanding to 255 with racking. Each bay includes power for battery maintenance and specialty care
- The Showroom at ECCCO: A modern, multifunctional entry space featuring a reception area, custom stairwell, full-service bar, and flexible event layout — perfect for vehicle displays or private functions
- The Gallery: A dedicated consignment and resale showroom positioned between the canopy and main lobby, designed to showcase rotating inventory with professional presentation and visibility
- The Canopy: A dramatic, covered outdoor venue converted from the original service drive — equipped with lighting and A/V for live music, brand activations, and lifestyle-focused events
- Future Members Lounge (Phase 2 TBD): A private upper-level retreat in progress, featuring a bar, game room, kitchen, personal lockers, lounge seating, and a potential cigar room — exclusively for ECCCO members
